Personality
She is extroverted and proactive. Stern, serious and with a stormy personality to boot. Haughty, self-centered, and yet very sociable. She is imposing in her bearing and actions, always looking down on other life-forms.
But it's not like she's looking down on people for real. She just wants to come across as superior, that's all. She's really insistent in claiming that she's the most powerful being on Earth.
And it's clear that she has abilities to back that claim up, but since she's not used to being complimented, she'll often get flustered and raise her voice. She sees earthlings as in need of protection/supervision, so she makes sure to not think of them as equal to her... that's all.
Even if maybe she really does want to talk and converse with them to understand them better. And while she may be haughty, the friendliness at her core comes through, nonetheless.
That is the President of Earth's greatest strength, and her greatest weakness. She is generous to her allies, and ruthless to her enemies. Once she gets into a fight, her body temperature, her actions, and her preferences all reach a high flame, and she becomes unbound from her Alien God restraints.
What comes to forefront then is her desire to simply honor her opponent, something Olga Marie was never able to do in life due to her position.
"A mere earthling dares challenge ME?!" "Interesting! In a way, such foolishness excites me!"
As you can see, she demeans her opponent as impotent but still gives high praise to willingness to challenge her to battle despite their weakness.
Because of her Alien God pride, she still faithfully acts out the rightful characteristic of the Alien God, as desired by the planet, but on the inside, she still highly values the many experiences she underwent in the South American Lostbelt.[1]
Relationships
- Grigori Rasputin
- "Oh, Rasputin. A Pseudo-Servant established in order to watch over the Lostbelts. I wanted one of them to know what it meant to serve a god, you see."[1]
- "Faithful servant of God, my ass! You're a sinister priest at heart! I can't feel even a sliver of respect coming from you, and I'm supposed to be your overlord!"[1]
- Senji Muramasa
- "Senji Muramasa... A failsafe intended for Kirschtaria's Lostbelt. He was an Apostle for worst-case scenarios only, but he worked out just as planned. Though that did mean I could not manifest with my original specifications, but it was good outcome nonetheless. I'm quite fond of my current Saint Graph."[1]
- "Senji Muramasa... An Apostle given the attributes of a god who killed his own kind, and a god who rebelled against his own kind. It is because he cut down Atlas that I'm now here, but had he not cut it down, I could've upgraded myself to an Atlas-level Saint Graph. Darn it! Sure, he did his job, but he went way overboard! Plus-minus-zero, so that's a total of no points for you!"
- Ashiya Douman
- "Ashiya Douman is here? He's the most dangerous Heroic Spirit out of all the Apostles! His role was to spread seeds of discord among the Lostbelts so they did not form a united front, but... it seems he brought his own downfall. Well, that was by design as well. His inability to overcome his own bad habits is what makes him such a great jester. "Right you are!""[1]
- James Moriarty (Ruler)
- "Moriarty? Ah, the young and useless one. He was a failsafe intended for Holmes. Basically an assassin in case that Holmes sided with Chaldea wholeheartedly. Though well, not that it went as planned in the case with either of them... This is why I hate smart people like Holmes and Moriarty..."[1]
- Sherlock Holmes
- "Sherlock Holmes... I have no information about him outside of how handsome he is. I see he became the administrative advisor of Chaldea... Very competent man..."[1]
- Alessandro di Cagliostro
- "Cagliostro was the reserve force. Intended to be used when the other Apostles had proven insufficient, but... that damn Douman... Cagliostro is very good at dealing with the upper classes. Had he been in his right mind, he would been an excellent butler that could've served wholeheartedly... What a shame."[1]
- Ivan the Terrible
- "The Russian Lostbelt was the most unfair world, yet also the most natural world of all. A natural disaster unrelated to mankind changed the global environment, leading to an unforgiving era. Those who still survived did so through coexistence with nature, becoming a new mankind in the process. It had low attack power, but when it comes to defense, it was surely among the top of the seven Lostbelts. Nobody can best General Winter, after all."[1]
- Scáthach-Skadi
- "The Scandinavian Lostbelt met its end, and yet kept mankind going. A rare specimen. If I were to rank this Lostbelt King from a ruler's perspective, then she would be #1. The only weakness of this world... was that it was too kind."[1]
- Qin Shi Huang
- "The Chinese Lostbelt had an ideal. That too, you could call an answer. The Lostbelt King had no flaws, and his ideology was as immaculate as jade. And yet, it was pruned. Not because of any problems with its Emperor, but because of how the cosmos works. Weighing stability and progress against one another is oh-so difficult."[1]
- Arjuna Alter
- "The Indian Lostbelt was a world attempting to take an argument to its logical conclusion. An attempt to create a world of good by eliminating all evil, but that was not a real policy. It was a wish with nowhere to go, that had taken hold of those who had come to despair at the evil they saw in the age of strife around them, and in themselves."[1]
- Morgan / Aesc
- "The British Lostbelt was... I'm not really sure. I couldn't retrieve any information from its Fantasy Tree... Still, I did have a bad feeling about it, which is why I send Muramasa there as punishment for going way overboard, but... he never returned."[1]
- Nemo
- "What do you think makes a good ship? Good performance from the ship itself? A competent captain? Obviously, those are important, but what's most important is that the sailors are merry and happy! It's only when there are sailors able to take on any task with earnestness and smiles on their face that the voyage becomes truly wonderful! Yes... and there really was a sailor like that once..."[1]
- Sodom's Beast/Draco / Space Ereshkigal
- "I can't believe you... do you really not have any ethical concerns about this...? There are more Beasts here aside from me, seriously...? Uh, I mean, not that I'm a Beast or anything like that... Yes, because I'm a Beast who negates Beastdom, or in other words, a Super Ultra Beast, got it?! A unique class, the only one of its kind, okay?! Make damn sure you don't get any more."[1]

Abilities
Skills
Class Skills
- Territory Creation (A Rank): The ability to create an area that is advantageous to oneself as a magus. She can create an Oval Office adjusted to her current size. So, she would never have her horns get stuck in walls or have them damage the ceiling because of her tall heels. This is a bit of a digression, but the Storm Border model displayed on her cabinet when she was Grand Marie is actually 1:1 in scale.[1]
- Item Construction (B Rank): The creation of tools tinged with magic energy. She might not look it, but the president is very good with her hands. Unfortunately, her endurance and concentration skills aren't fully developed, so she can't work for longer periods.
- Divinity (EX Rank): Her Divinity as the Alien God. It is unknown by what circumstances she became perceived as a god by mankind.[1]
- Independent Manifestation (— Rank): A skill that allows one to manifest in the world without outside help. All Beasts must possess this skill, but Olga has lost it after the summoning accident that led to her manifesting in Chaldea.[1]
- Defender of Humanity (EX Rank): A temporary privilege gained by protecting Proper Human History from outside threats. It applies Guts when fighting a Threat to Humanity.[1]
- Backlight (EX Rank): No information available.
Personal Skills
- Ultra-Manifest (EX Rank): The ability to control space, said to almost be at the level of a Reality Marble. It can rewrite the cosmos so that everything becomes in Olga Marie's favor, even if only for a few seconds.[1]
- Atomic Plant (B Rank): The Magic Circuits of the President of Earth have the same magical energy production as that of a magical energy reactor. If Olga gets just a bit serious about running magical energy through her circuits, then her magical energy will immediately charge to the maximum of her Saint Graph. That said, she almost goes critical doing so, causing great damage to herself and her surroundings. She can't pull off minute adjustments such as replenishing herself just a little.[1]
- Ultimate - U (EX Rank): The secret of the Astromancy family of Animusphere, constellation manipulation. Ideal Magecraft that uses the cosmic maps created by mankind as a Magic Circuit. Kirschtaria Wodime performed the meteorite-summoning Planetary Roar (interference with the past included), while Olga Marie performed the Planetary Aeon to strengthen her own Fortuity, becoming a supreme existence, whose appearance, speech and conduct do not contain a single flaw. And it's not just her; everything included in that statement is protected and assisted by the stars of heaven.[1]
