Tsuchimikado Takatoshi (土御門隆俊WP, Takatoshi Tsuchimikado?) is the brother and assistant of Tsuchimikado Yasuhiro, featured in Fate/Samurai Remnant.

Background
Appearance
A man with black hair, wearing a white mask covering his face just like Yasuhiro. He wars a the clothes of the Onmyouji with a pointed hat, just like his brother.
Personality
He fears making mistakes that could blemish his older brother or their ancestors. He is a caring brother that hold absolute respect for his brother. He has an ability of organizing people to do mundane tasks not related to magic.
He holds great respect for Ibuki-douji, seeing her as a great being, unlike his brother who sees her as a problem.
Role
Fate/Samurai Remnant
He acts as an asistant of his older brother, together with Hieda-no-Are. Upon being confronted by Iori and Saber, he asks Hieda-no-Are to return to Yasuhiro and calls his Onmyouji to use Izuna and other Fox Spirits to fight against the duo. After being defeated, he hoped that he wouldn't have to use this at the moment, but uses his trumph card summoning a Rakhasa Warrior to continue the attack. After being defeated again, he retreats, claiming that the preparations are already complete. [3]
In Kanda, Takatoshi is again reunited with two Tsuchimikado subordinates, talking about their plans in Kanagawa. Upon being confronted by Iori and Saber, he tells them that after his brother's death, he doesn't have any plans or wishes to do any harm. Saber doubts him, but he says that it doesn't matter, he is now in the position to fulfill his duties, going after the nest of monsters. He says that this peaceful world does not need to know of them, saying that mystic matters must be hidden from the general populace. He compares his position to the western mages rather than the Onmyouji of old, saying that they must adapt to the current situation. As the new Waxing Moon Ritual overseer, he says that he cannot allow monsters to run free. He leaves alongside his men in the direction of the monsters. Upon Iori and Saber defeating the monsters, Takatoshi arrives later. He orders his subordinates to cover up the rumors of monsters. He tells Iori that one of the agreements with the Tokugawa Shogunate is to not needlessly stir up trouble in Edo. He wants Edo to be protected by the actions brought by Masters, Servants and monsters, he then asks Iori and Saber for cooperation to eliminate more monsters.
Takatoshi tells Iori and Saber that he never knew the true intentions of Yasuhiro, if he truly intended to use the Waxing Moon to favor the Tokugawa.
In a flashback scene, Yasuhiro tells his younger brother that he is truly talentless regarding Onmyoudou, that he could train all he wanted but would accomplish very little. Takatoshi agrees and this irritates The older brother, telling to act like the next head of the household. Takatoshi shocked, claimed that he could never serve as the next leader. Yasuhiro tells him that are other talents other than magic, their own father, as talented as he was, lost his position due to a political struggle. He says that he will lay out the path for their house to regain its glory, and it is Takatoshi's path to walk the same path, with pride and without shame.
Iori asks if he intends to fight the same way his brother did, however Takatoshi declines: he understand now that he isn't the same person nor have the same qualities. He will walk the path to restore the glory of the Tsuchimikado house in his own way, holding with pride his brother's ambition, even after his death.[4]

He considers his skills in Onmyoudou lacking in comparison with his older brother.
