Profile
Identity
Nemo’s adult self, summoned as the “Grand Rider”. Originally, it was the Grand Rider, Noah, who was supposed to be summoned to the 7th Imitation Singularity, but due to the interference of Beast Ⅵ, Noah was incapable of being summoned on his own, and so Nemo offered up his body in order to allow him to manifest in the 7th Imitation Singularity. Strangely, even though this summons is not in Novum Chaldea, he was nonetheless summoned as a mixture of Heroic Spirits—— a Phantom Spirit. The elements of “the Heroic Spirit Noah” are limited to his nature and abilities, so he will not appear as an individual.[2]
Appearance
Personality
Captain Nemo as an adult. His cool tone, behavior, and reactions are all fundamentally no different from the Nemo of Chaldea. He has obtained the body of a young man, but his personality hasn’t changed. Even a seemingly cold response (unwelcoming treatment) is something akin to a strict kindness, done out of consideration of "the response to the situation to come" rather than the other person's "current feelings".[2]
Captain Nemo is also a person of patience and fixation, so his attachment to those he trusts is very strong. (He’s an attention-seeker, and if you don’t pay enough attention to him, he’ll get mad).[2]
Furthermore, because he has fused with Noah, the following traits have been added:[2]
- He has acquired a weakness to alcohol, yet still wants to drink it. And then strips down.
- The animals get annoyed at him constantly getting closer and closer to them.
- He wants to get matching things with Master.
- He becomes more erotic.
Stuffs like that have also been added. He's really getting out of control now.[2]
As Captain Nemo, he is a cool, calm, and collected military instructor who guides his Master. Strict, yet sometimes heroic, he coaches his Master in life and tactics. As he has grown into being a young man, his deep-rooted lonely side rarely comes to the surface. Because he respects the Heroic Spirit Noah, he keeps his mischievous behavior secreted away when he’s in Noah Mode.[2]
Role
Fate/Grand Order Arcade
Babylon: Critically Propserous City
Right after being summoned during the events of the Babylon Singularity, Grand Rider Noah was gravely injured by Bewitching Queen Draco. He barely managed to survive by entrusting his Saint Graph and power to Nemo.[4]
Fate/Grand Order
Vanished Beginning
Abilities
Because he was not summoned by Sion, he does not have his team, due to lacking her Memory Partition. Normally, he acts as Nemo, but in serious moments, such as in decisive battles for the sake of aiding the Human Order, he uses his own will and judgement to activate “Noah Mode”, and becomes an incredibly brilliant Nemo.[2]
Skills
Class Skills
- Magic Resistance (B Rank): Noah obtains great anti-magic protection through shining stone (Zohar) and by not allowing evil in his heart. But Noah is a bad drinker. Care should be taken with magic related to alcohol.
- Riding (A Rank): All vehicles and all creatures up to the level of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast can be used as mounts. However, that does not apply to members of the Dragon Kind.
- Independent Action (EX Rank): For 230 days, Noah's patience and faith while sailing on the ark far from the earth were sublimated into this skill.
- Divinity (B Rank): Although Noah is not a god, as a wise man chosen by the Lord, he possesses a high degree of divinity.
Personal Skills
- Voyager of Salvation (B Rank): The Skill of Noah, who lived through the storm and brought salvation by preserving many lives. It is a principle of protection and of preservation, fundamentally different from Nemo’s navigation.[1][2]
- Protection of the Faith (EX Rank): One of the skills he possesses as Noah, who was chosen by the Lord as a righteous man. It should only belong to those who were martyred for their religious beliefs. Originally, this skill should not provide blessings from the supreme being, but in practice, Noah receives a great many such blessings. It’s a special case for sure.[1][2]
- Zohar's Glowing Stone (EX Rank): A shining stone indicating one as a descendant of Adam. By itself, the Jewel displays no great power. However, it responds brilliantly to Noah’s spirit, which is untainted by Evil, nurtures the Earth, and loves the animals, and bestows him the power worthy for “Progenitor of Humanity”.[1][2]
- Voyager of the Storm (B Rank): Captain Nemo's skill. As Noah is not a captain who steers the Ark, this Skill doesn’t add up to Noah’s prowess.[1]
Noble Phantasm
His Noble Phantasm is Noah's Ark. An enormous storm sweeps away his enemies with a giant water current. After everything has been submerged, the Ark surfaces from the water like a submarine, a dove returns to Noah with an olive branch in its mouth, and in the skies, the rainbow that proves God’s covenant with mankind shines.[1][2]
His Second Noble Phantasm is Great Ram, Noah’s Ark. The ark floating in a violent storm. The huge ark splits into blocks, sliding and acquiring a humanoid shape reminiscent of cherubim angel. Piercing horn of the Nautilus with lightning bolts integrated into the arms. In addition the attack is completed with animals and birds of prey.
