Jade RabbitWP (玉兎WP, Gyokuto?), Class Name MoonCancer (ムーンキャンサー, MūnKyansā?), is a MoonCancer-class Servant summoned by Ritsuka Fujimaru in the Grand Orders of Fate/Grand Order.
Profile
Identity
An unidentified Servant who claims to be a “rabbit residing on the moon.” With her terse words, innate agility and the lethal edge of her blade, she deftly dispatches the heads of all evil in this mortal realm. One can’t help but wonder, however, if she isn’t more akin to a cat.[1]
The Jade Rabbit refers to the rabbit on the moon, an anecdote told not only in Japan but all over the world.
Appearance
Her appearance in her Second Ascension is that of the adult Shiki Ryougi following her marriage to Mikiya Kokutou.[1]
Personality
Her motivations are aligned with those of Assassin Shiki, but her rabbit identity introduces a characteristic of misanthropy—or rather, a strong inclination to keep others at a distance. The typical Shiki only appears misanthropic; her true nature is one that is fond of humans. Her transformation into a rabbit has simply intensified her hostility and wariness.
On the other hand, as Jade Rabbit Kaguya, she cooperates with her Master as a gentle and graceful woman, much like Saber Shiki. However, her reaction to those who infringe upon the pride of others, such as harassers, abusers, and overbearing etiquette instructors, is considerably more severe than in her Saber form.
While she is willing to accept individuals who are crude or even outright villains, she will silently cut down anyone who carelessly tramples on another person's dignity.[1]
First Ascension
At a first glance, she appears to have a cold, exclusive character. Although she has a mannish way of speaking and conducts herself as if a man, she is different from a "cross-dressing beauty" since her true nature is helplessly feminine. Despite putting airs of an outlaw, she is a lonely person with an elder sister disposition at her core, so she ends up thoroughly taking care of those she took a liking to.[1]
Second Ascension
This form features a blend of her original voice and the masculine speech patterns of SHIKI, the male personality she once emulated. She arrives at the summer resort as a beautiful woman who has traveled alone, having left her family behind. Although her demeanor is that of a refined young lady to suit her kimono attire, her language occasionally turns masculine in combat.[1]
Third Ascension
While her Jade Rabbit form was merely an act, a pretense she felt embarrassed by, this new form allows her to genuinely enjoy punishing evildoers. Though others believe this is the full effect of a mysterious Servant's youth Noble Phantasm, she has actually been freed from its influence.
She has now fully committed to the idea that "it would be tasteless not to go all in during a situation like this." This is, in essence, 「 」 in play, fully prepared to enjoy herself.[1]

- Magic Resistance (A Rank): While her own magical energy reserves have diminished, her swordsmanship has conversely sharpened. She can nullify spells by simply severing them.[1]
- Independent Action (EX Rank): This skill grants her total autonomy from a Master's magical energy supply. She is entirely uncontrollable, driven by a desire to either keep her Jade Rabbit swimsuit form hidden or to avoid any disturbances.[1]
- Presence Concealment (D Rank): Its rank has dropped since taking on the form of the Jade Rabbit Kaguya. It's quite obvious why she has become more noticeable.[1]
- Existence Outside the Domain (Fake) (EX Rank): An enigmatic skill she forcefully acquired under the assumption that any moon-dweller should possess such an ability. It is a detuned version of Connection to the Root.[1]

- Mystic Eyes of Death Perception (A Rank): Among the abilities known as Mystic Eyes, these are a top-class rarity. An anomaly among anomalies, a rarity among rarities, these eyes allow her to perceive the causal death of all living things, whether organic or inorganic, and interfere with them as visible and tangible phenomena.[1]
- Dancing on the Full Moon (A Rank): Legend holds that there exists a rabbit that pounds mochi on the moon. The term for a full moon on the fifteenth night of the lunar calendar, mochizuki, eventually merged with the word for mochi pounding, mochitsuki. This gave rise to the belief that a rabbit is busy making mochi whenever the moon appears perfectly round. With a lethal mallet in hand, Jade Rabbit Kaguya explains her philosophy: "Mochi is thus akin to the moon. And the more you eat, the more power you gain." She speculates that the mortar used for this task may even be a crucible of life, an almighty soil that could serve as the foundation for an entire nation.[1]
- Moonlit Saunter / Solar Slumber (A Rank): This is a variation on the skill Cloud Shine, which involves a high-speed, lunging slash performed upon adoption of a swordsman's mental state. A skill that instantly closes a distance of five ken, approximately nine meters, to strike a target… but an altered version. Having achieved a state of complete liberation and selflessness, she exists ubiquitously on the boundary between reality and fantasy. "While I live, I am not of the mortal realm. While I sleep, I am not of the afterlife. I am simply a phenomenon that exists and cuts."[1]
