Koyanskaya of Darkness (闇のコヤンスカヤ?), Class Name Foreigner (フォーリナー, Fōrinā?), is a Foreigner-class Servant summoned by Ritsuka Fujimaru in the Grand Orders of Fate/Grand Order.
She is also summoned by Kazuradrop under the name of Koyanskaya Darker Than Light (光よりの闇のコヤンスカヤ, Hikari Yori no Yami no Koyansukaya?) as an artificial MoonCancer-class Servant and one of the seven candidates of the Archetype Inception of Moon Dubai.

Identity
Koyanskaya of Darkness is summoned as a Servant of Chaldea Security Organization after the events of the Tunguska Special Territory incident. She is one of two fragments that spilled out from Lostbelt: Beast IV's sealed cage: the side of her that mocks the Human Order and is harsh on humanity, being now more wicked than she was when posing as an apostle of the Alien God.
When displaying her divinity in her Third Ascension, she refers to herself as the Flame Empress Goddess of Hubris Starlight, Raiten Nikko, Honosumeragi-no-Hime-no-Kami (雷天日光・火皇野比売神?).[1]

- Existence Outside the Domain (C Rank): Since this version of Beast IV originated from a meteor crashing on Earth, she has the Authority to connect with the sector of the universe that is her origin. This Skill is a side-product of that Authority. It's different in nature from the version the outer space Foreigners have.[1]
- NFF Service (EX Rank): A Koyanskaya-original Skill, part of her plot to become a new Golden White Face. The ability to turn those not allowed to exist (ungodly beings, the ones rejected by Proper Human History) into her reliable workers. The perfect Authority for the next-generation Great Specter. Sounds amazing on paper, but it's just basic Familiar Creation. She can absorb any haired creature into her tails' library, and generate and control them as new Familiars. Koyanskaya planned to become the queen of the Lostbelt-exclusive abominations, just like the Nine-Tailed Fox was the general.[1]
- Nega-Self (C Rank): The Authority to negate the ego and self-awareness originating from animals. The Beast of Cherishment “took in animals, then created and released them from her own cells”, but these produced creatures were forbidden from interbreeding, and were prohibited from creating a “family lineage” or “genealogical tree”, and from the beginning, these creatures could never possess an “Ego” as a lifeform. For the lifeforms who became her retainers, the process of growing up, the gaining of experience, and evolution through genetic combination were all prohibited.[3]

- Dominator Fox (A Rank): The Authority to improve domination systems and domesticate all animals (including humans) ... or so she claims with the most apathetic expression. It's actually just a hobby and an instinct of hers. Control through management, basically.[1]
- Slaughter Beast Troupe (A Rank): An alteration on Tamamo Vitch Koyanskaya's Aptitude for Slaughter (Man) Skill. An Aptitude for Slaughter specialized in manipulating animals. She exerts absolute control over any haired beast, regards of Magical Beast, Mythical Beast, or Divine Beast rank, and employs them as perfected weapons. That said, she can't completely force especially powerful Divine Beasts into submission, so this Skill does only the "improving their power" part.[1]
- Goddess Metamorphosis (Beast) (B Rank): The top level of the Shapeshift Skill. She can morph the field into a Shang Hell. In the Shang Hell, men are degraded to beasts, lose their intellect, and suffer more the deeper this loss was. A hellish picture that can be considered a reproduction of King Zhou of Shang being corrupted by the Wine Pool and Meat Forest. A Skill that sorta discloses the past of crimes of Koyanskaya's model Tamamo-no-Mae but sorta doesn't.[1]

Development
Creation and Conception
Koyanskaya of Darkness was designed by Arco Wada in Fate/Grand Order. Her scenario writer is Kinoko Nasu in Fate/Grand Order.[3]
Takashi Takeuchi regards Koyanskaya of Darkness as the most memorable Servant in the 7th year of Fate/Grand Order's run. He says that she was originally only going to be one character, and that they had the three Ascensions designed for her. Considering the Light and Dark dichotomy, they made her into two characters, split the designs among the two, then filled the blank with new designs.[4]

"The prompt was "from competent secretary to sexy beast tamer to anima-miko", so I tried to envision a priestess to a god of the sun and beasts for the 3rd Ascension. I nailed making her feet look like she dashes fast!!!!!!!!!!! Look at how many expressions I drew~~ Always a great time drawing tons of Koyanskaya evil faces~~!!! I designed her and Koyan of Light at the same time, but there's no obvious parallels to them, as this impression of duality was something I was actively trying to avoid." (Arco Wada)[3]
"I was selected for the job of designing this Noble Phantasm through Ms. Arco Wada's recommendation. Thanks to Ms. Wada's precise and detailed instructions, the designing process flowed smoothly without a moment of indecision. While I utilized blueprints from real-life weapons very liberally, my attention was centrally on making Koyanskaya look appealing on it. The chassis color was another aspect chosen by Ms. Wada. It was an idea that would never have come from my own head, and I believe hearing her suggestion there opened my third eye. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to work in a such a wonderful game.
