After having studied their corpses alognside Scáthach-Skadi, Nemo Professor claims that the Enemy Ships aren't animals. If anything, they resemble spring-loaded toys; They are exceedingly simple creatures which only move in response to stimuli.[1] Due to this, they generally lie immobile and only attack when they detect a sound.[2]
Beams fired in Void Space usually lose a lot of its power, however, Enemy Ships are an exception because they use mysterious void-derived beams.[3]

Colossal Enemy Ship (超巨大敵艦?) - A massive Enemy Ship roughly three times the size of the Nautilus.[8] Its attacks are at least as strong as an A-rank Noble Phantasm and capable of destroying an entire landmass.[8][9]Nemo Professor believes the Nautilus couldn't survive a direct hit from it, even with its new armor modified by Scáthach-Skadi.[8] On the other hand, Lambdaryllis believes that it's not as strong as a mythological Demonic Beast, so Summer Minamoto-no-Raikou, Mash Kyrielight, Van Gogh and Yang Guifei should be able to handle it.[9] According to Nemo Professor's calculations, it would take at least thirteen powered-up torpedoes to sink it. Due to this, Van Gogh proposed to fight the Enemy Ship in close range to chip away its armor before finishing it off with a torpedo.[10]Frankenstein was the servant summoned for the sole purpose of breaking its armor with Skewered Plasma Blade.[11] Mash claimed that she can defend the Nautilus from any A-rank attacks.[7]
