Kingprotea Alter (キングプロテア・オルタ, Kingupurotea Oruta?), Class Name Alter Ego (アルターエゴ, Arutā Ego?), is an Alter Ego-class High-Servant Altered through the influence of Camazotz in the South American Lostbelt. She is later summoned by BB Cosmos in the Archetype Inception of Moon Dubai.

Identity
Kingprotea Alter is the result of Camazotz being given Ritsuka Fujimaru's Command Spells through Tezcatlipoca, granting him some control over her despite her Servant contract with Ritsuka. Upon the initial transformation through a stroke of the Command Spell, she is given a mask of Xochitónal, a giant iguana from Aztec mythology that guards a river in the first layer of the underworld Mictlan. This form is called Kingprotea Xochitónal (キングプロテア・ソチナトル?), but the mask is later separated from her and destroyed.
Appearance
Kingprotea Alter appears to be the same size as her regular version, but wearing a skintight black latex bodysuit with a black veil. It is paired with a black latex corset and some sort of garterbelt holding up her boots. Her boots are high heeled with a slight stripy pattern but also seem to be made of the same skintight, shiny latex. She initially wears a green calavera mask representing Xochitónal. Her red-orange eye has turned golden yellow.
Personality
Kingprotea Alter has abandoned the yearning for love that defines her normal self, becoming a cruel and heartless goddess that views humans as tiny and insignificant creatures fit only to cower before her or be crushed beneath her feet. Strength is all that matters to her, and even her Master is nothing more than someone who directs her to new battles. Unlike Protea, she understands that she is a monster and revels in her destructive power.

Kingprotea appears in the South American Lostbelt, where she becomes corrupted by Camazotz and transformed into Kingprotea Xochitónal.
She is defeated by Grigori Rasputin exorcising Xochitónal from her, reverting her back to normal Kingprotea. Alter's personality is still present, however.
Later after ORT is awakened, Kingprotea held the alien saucer in place so that Beni-enma Alter can apply it with the Concept of Death, allowing Chaldea and its allies an edge in the next battle against it. Kingprotea Alter's Saint Graph is used up by this and she disappears without telling her Master about it, so they can fully focus on beating ORT without any worries about her.
