Qin LiangyuWP (秦良玉, Shin Ryougyoku?) is a resident of the Chinese Lostbelt in Fate/Grand Order.
Profile
Background
Within the Chinese Lostbelt, Qin Liangyu was born in her normal time period, but the world was vastly different due to the influence of Qin Shi Huang since 210 B.C. She never died in the Lostbelt, instead being chosen as one of the heroes that Qin decided to preserve in cryosleep until he needed their power to preserve the peace created in Qin Shi Huang's empire.
In her life, within this Lostbelt, Zhang XianzhongWP deluded Qin Liangyu's neighbors into believing a better life can be obtained if they create their own nation. Qin Liangyu later became traumatized when seeing that Qin Shi Huang had launched an orbital strike to annihilate her own hometown while Zhang Xianzhong had simply abandoned his doomed followers as the rebel simply moved to another village to create new followers; had this incident never happened, Qin Liangyu admitted that she would have never been a warrior and instead just lived a life of tranquility with her family. Qin Liangyu had then held the belief that disturbing the peace, created by Qin Shi Huang, was unforgivable.

S I N: The Land of Unified Knowledge
Alongside Han Xin, Liangyu is one of the heroes choosen by Li Shuwen to be released from cryosleep at Mt. Li.[1]
Qin Shi Huang orders Liangyu to find Hinako and Chaldea, and lend her aid to the losing side. Liangyu and her army arrive to find Chaldea nearly overwhelmed, and she orders both sides to stand down. Following Shi Huang's conversation with Chaldea,[2] Liangyu hands out medicine to the villagers.[3]
That evening, while the engineers examining the Shadow Border are on break, Liangyu speaks with Ritsuka, Mash, and Sherlock Holmes. She explains to them how accomplished warriors like herself are cryogenically frozen in Mt. Li during times of peace and only awakened when needed, with the only living soldiers being the Imperial Guard in Xianyang. She also says the discovery of the Fusang Tree advanced medical science tremendously. As a result, disease and hunger were eradicated. The Qin’s soldiers were also strengthened through elixirs, so other countries were easily conquered. Liangyu also explains that wheat is the Qin’s main fuel source. She then pities that Ritsuka and Mash come from a conflict-filled world, noticing neither enjoy fighting yet sees how naturally Mash wields her shield.[3]
Later into the night, she helps Ritsuka and Mash fight Prince of Lanling after he failed to assassinate Ritsuka despite Shi Huang's call for a truce. After the battle, Shi Huang orders Xiang Yu to crush his own core. Hinako begs the emperor to spare him. She, Lanling, and Xiang Yu leave after Shi Huang agrees to her pleas.[3]
The next night, following a progress report onthe Border's analysis, Liangyu is shocked to hear a boy reciting poetry. Asking the boy, she learns Chaldea has been teach the villagers poetry. She reports this to Shi Huang, and so the Chaldeans are branded Confucians.[4]
On Shi Huang's command the next night, Liangyu seizes the Border and its crew. As it's being towed away, she calls Chaldea Confucians for providing knowledge to the villagers. She accuses them of only doing so to further their own ambitions. She hints only conflict will come if people are given knowledge.[5]
After Shi Huang introduces the Dou Dou Yishan (Qin’s counterfeit Border), Liangyu is ordered by him to lead them once they’re mass produced and deployed against Chaldea. Han Xin then takes her with him to talk tactics. In response to the strategist’s excitement, Liangyu merely asks if they can’t just stick with the White Cavalry’s spears.[6]
She leads the Dou Dou Yishan into battle against Chaldea. She reports they were useless though after Chaldea easily destroyed them. Shi Huang realizes he shouldn’t have rushed their production, and decides to remote pilot the next version himself. To further ensure their success, he will allocate 0.03 of his resources to their production.[6]
Later, as Chaldea gets closer and closer to Xianyang, Han Xin has Liangyu fortify the capital's frontline defenses.[6]
She tries to evacuate the capital’s citizens, but they ignore her to focus on their art solely dedicated to Shi Huang. She soon takes notice of Ritsuka’s party. Leonardo da Vinci asks her if Shi Huang is worth following despite knowing he’d order her to massacre citizens if they’re merely suspected to be infected with Confucianism. Mordred reminds her how the village Chaldea arrived at was nearly destroyed by an orbital strike from the Great Wall because it was "infected" by Confucianism. In response, Liangyu confesses her hometown destroyed by an orbital strike when Zhang Xianzhong deluded her neighbors to rebel and form their own nation for the sake of a better life. Xianzhong abandoned the village beforehand though and incited another village to rebel. Considering him a charlatan, Liangyu pities those who died because of his empty promises. If it were possible, she wouldn’t be a warrior, instead she'd live with her family in peace. She says the peace they enjoy now was only possible because Shi Huang kept the people ignorant. Then, declaring she’ll never forgive Chaldea for disturbing the peace Shi Huang created, she fights Ritsuka’s party.
She is nearly defeated when the imperial guard arrives to aid her. Shi Huang had released them from his service and ordered them to defend Xianyang. Liangyu then asks why Chaldea threatens her world, but she dismisses Ritsuka's answer as the words of Confucian. She questions how their world can function when it is seeped in endless conflict. She then recounts how her family and her fellow soldiers all died so peace could be achieved. So she will defend it at all costs, not allowing herself to be led astray. She then fights the group again, declaring she has no need of other countries and other versions of herself. She is fatally wounded in the end, and laments how people die every time someone tries to incite so-called progress. Having witnessed it once again, she wishes she stayed in cryosleep. Terrified by the Proper History, she says her world should’ve been the one to survive for achieving lasting peace. She asks Ritsuka what future they see past all the lives they’ve sacrificed. Ritsuka cannot answer; Liangyu realizes only Shi Huang has the answer. She then dies, saying how she only fought for peace.[7]
Abilities

Being the fearsome general who hailed from Chongqing of Szechuan and famed as the woman commanding The White Cavalry,[1] Qin Liangyu is a hero far more ferocious than Chaldea's mere ghosts. For this reason, in the events of the Chinese Lostbelt, Qin Shi Huang kept her frozen in Mt.Li for hundreds of years in case her services were ever required again.[8] Although she was deemed strong enough to defeat Mordred, Spartacus, and Jing Ke where Prince of Lanling couldn't, it is noted that the Captain of the Guard would in turn be able to stop her in case she went berserk.[9] During the Battle at Xianyang, she was greatly outmatched by the combined efforts of Mordred, Nezha, Red Hare, Chen Gong, Mash, Sherlock Holmes and Koyanskaya. Despite the royal guard arriving to assist her, she was defeated nonetheless.[7]
Although a true Assassin may be able to elude her, Prince of Lanling's failed attempt to sneak attack Mash was easily detected by her.[3]
