OsirisWP (オシリス?) is an Egyptian god.
Profile
Background
The Egyptian god of life, death, and plants. He governs the Nile, giving the suffering hungry the wisdom of ThothWP. The first mummy, he was killed by his brother Set and returned to nothingness as a god of the underworld.[1]
The first king who was usurped by Set, who would in turn be usurped by Horus. This makes the three of them similar to the three aspects of Hecate, Greek goddess of magecraft. It can be seen as the prototype of the Christian Trinity or Eastern Asura.[1]
Osiris had an affair with NephthysWP, the wife of Set, which bore Anubis.[2] Enraged, Set killed Osiris, cutting him into fourteen pieces and sending him down the Nile in a sarcophagus. Set also had a second reason for killing Osiris, related to the succession of the throne.[3] Anubis saved his father and bandaged him up, as the world's first mummification.[2]

Role
The Adventures of Lord El-Melloi II
Osiris was the fourth god in the Ergo project. He would be able to remove the three gods within Ergo - Set, Sun Wukong, and Oceanus - and return them to nature. A Divine Body, a piece of Osiris's body, is located in the Library of Alexandria.[1]
Latio Crudelis Hiram tries to trap Ergo in a sarcophagus and link his gods with Osiris to turn him into a supercomputer with Osiris as the computation device. There is only a tiny fragment of Osiris' Authority left within the sarcophagus, not enough to return Ergo's gods to nature, only enough to make the Crudelis family's final calculation.[1]
Other appearances
In Fate/Requiem, Erice Utsumi mentions Osiris when discussing Anubis' history.
In Melty Blood Actress Again, Dust of Osiris is named after Osiris.
