Hiyoko Sakatsuki (朔月 陽代子, Sakatsuki Hiyoko?) is a member of the Sakatsuki family and the mother of Miyu Sakatsuki.

Background
Born as a Child of God, Hiyoko Sakatsuki was raised by her mother in the traditional method of the Sakatsuki household until her powers subsided. When later pregnant with her own child, she repeated the same tradition of giving birth away from the family and raising the child, Miyu, in isolation until the age of six. One month before Miyu was to turn six years old, the Ainsworth family's Fourth Ainsworth Holy Grail War occurred. At the end of the Holy Grail War, Darius Ainsworth's plan of rewriting the world began to manifest, but it was thwarted by Miyu's innate ability. Hiyoko perished in the incident, Miyu being adopted by the passing Kiritsugu Emiya.[1]
Personality
Hiyoko is described as a "high-specs lady that can flawlessly do anything" like her daughter Miyu. She was able to dance, perform flower arrangements, perform tea ceremonies, swim, practice archery, and practice akido. When bored during her free time, she decided to fervently obtain various qualifications, most without any utility, such as bookkeeper, judicial scrivener, TOEIC, boiler engineer, interior coordinator, manicurist, and fugu chef, among others. She exclaimed, “In this upcoming era, I also want an IT qualification! How about the Ichitaro licensureWP examination?!” despite not having much aptitude with computers.[1]
While raising Miyu in solitude was painful for her, Hiyoko, due to her own experience being raised in the same way, understood its unique purpose as an educational method filled with affection towards the God Child.[1]

Miyu’s mother. Sakatsuki Hiyoko.
A name with a sort of good omen that has both the moon and the sun. “Hiyoko was the character that would become my mother (mama),” comments a passing by hypha-type.
After having given birth to Miyu away from the Sakatsuki household, she raised her almost on her own until the age of five. If the God Child obtained knowledge about this world, no one could know what kind of wish she will have. Therefore, under strict information restrictions, raising the child non-freely without making them think they are not free becomes an iron law. Being a child that doesn’t speak, move, or think is ideal. It’s a painful trial for the mother, but the mothers of the Sakatsuki family have fulfilled this job over generations. No, it’s not a job. The wise Hiyoko understood that that was an educational method unique of the family supported by a deep affection towards the child. Because she was raised that way by her mother as well.
Even so, she’s quite the beauty. Like Miyu, she’s a high-specs lady that can flawlessly do anything, dance or flower arrangements, tea ceremonies of course, piano or swimming, archery and aikido. It seems there was a phase in which she was bored of her free time and was crazy about acquiring qualifications, and she has a lot of qualifications without any utility in particular like bookkeeper, judicial scrivener, TOEIC, boiler engineer, interior coordinator, manicurist, fugu chef, etc…

美遊の母。さかつきひよこ。
月と太陽の両方が入った、なんだか縁起が良さそうなお名前。「ひよこは私の母（ママ）になる人物だった」とは通りすがりの菌糸類のコメント。
朔月家の離れで美遊を出産したのち、ほぼ一人で五歳まで育てた。神稚児が俗世の知識を得てしまうと、どんな願いを持ってしまうか分からない。よって厳しい情報制限の元、子に不自由を不自由と思わせず育てることが鉄則となる。しゃべらず、動かず、思わない子でいさせることが理想。母にとってあまりに辛い試練であるが、朔月家の女は代々この仕事を全うしてきた。いや、仕事ではない。聡明であった陽代子は、それは子への深い愛情に裏打ちされたお家独自の教育法なのだと理解した。彼女もまた、母にそのようにして育てられたのだから。
それにしても、大変な美人さんである。美遊同様、高スペックなお嬢様で、舞踊や生け花、茶道はもちろんのこと、ピアノや水泳、弓道に合気道と、何でもそつなくこなす。暇に飽かせて資格取得にはまっていた時期があるらしく、簿記、司法書士、TOEIC、ボイラー技士、インテリアコーディネーター、ネイリスト、ふぐ調理師等々……特に使い道のない資格をいっぱい持っているとか。
「これからの時代、やっぱりIT資格も欲しいところよね！ 一太郎検定試験とかどう！？」
ぱそこん関係はあまり得意ではないひよこちゃんであった。まぁ時代が時代だし？
