AmmitWP (アメミット?) are a species of Divine Beasts from Egyptian mythology.
Characteristics
A female Divine Beast of Ancient Egypt. Rather than something alive, it is closer to a law or phenomenon which resides in the underworld.[1]
Ammit has the hindquarters of a hippopotamus, the forequarters of a lion, and the head of a crocodile. When it reaches its maximum size, it's said to be far larger than even a sphinx.[1]
History
Role
Fate/Requiem
Anubis summons two Ammits which rampage through Shinjuku. Erice Utsumi fights one, and Makki the other.[2]
Fate/Grand Order
Nitocris Alter's Ammit.
Nitocris Alter, who is an earthly manifestation of Anubis, can summon Ammit.
There is also an Ammit inside Ozymandias' Ramesseum Tentyris.[1][3]
Abilities
Ammits have incredible defensive and regenerative powers. They eat humans and Servants, consuming their hearts and magical energy respectively to power themselves up, growing larger, stronger, and more physically incarnated with each one eaten. Just getting near to an Ammit is dangerous for a Servant's spiritual composition.[2]
