Appearance

Neco Ciel resembles a dwarf with spiky aquamarine-blue hair and cat fur, and large eyes with elongated irises. She wears a blue skirt and a dark black shirt. She also has cat ears sticking out of her hair. She wears aquamarine-blue socks.

Personality

Similarly to Ciel and Arcueid, Neco-Ciel has a rivalry with Neco-Arc.
