A great evil god who demanded a tribute of a thousand heads in the Magadha Kingdom, in India. In many of Tamamo-no-Mae's legends, it is said that she washed up in Japan after committing all kinds of atrocities in China and India. In these legends, Tamamo-no-Mae is regarded as the same entity as Daji of Shang, Lady Kayou, and Bao Si of Zhou, however, Tamamo strongly denies being the same person as Daji. On the other hand, the fact that she doesn't address the other two isn't overlooked by Tamamo Cat. Cat claims that Tamamo did in fact do all the things attributed to those two.[1]
