Kiara Kissyoin (キアラ・キッショウイン, Kisshōin Kiara?) is the third member of the Burial Agency.[2][1]

Background
Kiara Kissyoin is heavily implied to be the Tsukihime universe version of Kiara Sessyoin.
Kiara is a sister who somehow got mixed up with the Burial Agency.[2][1] At one point, she met an incarnation of Michael Roa Valdamjong.[1]
Appearance
The only known depiction of Kiara portrays her as a woman in a simple nun’s habit identical to that worn by Noel. Behind her is a shadow resembling Sessyoin's demonic form.

She is mentioned by Noel as the third-ranked member of the Burial Agency.[2]
When Shiki asks Roa why he chose to reincarnate endlessly, Roa says that humanity's future is endless, even for the most superhuman of people. He recounts of a "sister who is now part of the Burial Agency", who became a higher dimensional Daemon through the Sabbath. But all it did was make her more aware of her own limits, and so she returned to humanity. For this reason he sought not power, but simply to continue being, until the world comes to a close.[1]
Abilities
Kiara used the SabbathWP (サバト?) to turn into a Daemon, managing to climb to the rank of Maradeva (魔天の座?), and became omnipotent in this dimension because of her higher dimensional senses. However, she is still bound to her physical body, still bound to this universe, as she had discovered that the beings in the Throne of Māra-devas dwarfed her in strength. Humbled by the knowledge of her weakness compared to her new "peers", she decided to remain in this world instead, where her worth was higher.[1]
