New Pic

Does anyone else also think that this new pic is way too big? --Libra00 21:09, March 25, 2011 (UTC)

Anyone have an approximation on the rank? Personally guessing it's A++.

I would remark the rank to be either A++, B++, or just A+, as the only weapon known to match the original Excalibur is said to be Ea. Which would signify that this Sister Blade is incapable of doing the same kind of damage, unless someone has stated otherwise. Zahadrin (talk) 03:15, November 9, 2012 (UTC)

Dual Sword image

I know it's been up there a while, but why does the picture have two different sizes of Galatine? o.o The Sword's size doesn't change during the Noble Phantasm, does it?

Nope, and there is only the one blade, so this makes as little sense to me also, but it's always been like that, I don't know why.Hawkeye2701 (talk) 13:24, January 5, 2013 (UTC)

Linking to Bleach article?

Why is there a link to Gin Ichimaru's wikipedia article on this page? That has nothing to do with Excalibur Galatine. Can we please remove that? 174.99.62.67 05:14, January 8, 2014 (UTC)

Somebody isn't a Bleach fan and didn't get Nasu's in-joke~ --Waifu slayer (talk) 08:02, January 8, 2014 (UTC)

—If that is the case, then what should be linked in the article instead is evidence directly supporting the claim that Nasu was referencing Bleach, and not a page from the Bleach wikia which does not have anything to do with Type Moon lore. So as of right now, this "in-joke" you're speaking of is nothing more than unsupported fan conjecture, since nothing in the article or the source materials provided directly supports that claim. Yeah, so Gin's sword extends to 13 kilometers (except that he himself later admits that was a lie, so apparently not)and your point was what exactly? I'll admit the coincidence can easily be interpreted as being a reference to Bleach, but unless you can provide materials that support that claim (something along the lines of Nasu stating "hey, that was a reference to Bleach, guys" would be ideal, but I would settle over more subtle evidence), then the coincidence remains mere fan conjecture, and thus has no place in a Type Moon wiki article. It's just a quick link, which is quite harmless compared to the more rampant trivia sections of other wikis. Either way, it is definitely written as to imply that 13km is probably not exactly truthful, and it is probably more apparent in Japanese, especially if the sentence uses similar phrasing to the character's speech pattern or something. The Japanese wiki has the same conclusion in their miscellaneous notes section for Gawain, so the link seems justified enough. EGGS (talk) 01:52, May 14, 2014 (UTC)
Linking to another site makes no sense. If anything, you could leave a citation in the references section saying that it was a reference for XXXX. Just having a link to a fan made article that has nothing to do with type moon makes no sense. In my opinion, it should be removed.GuessWhoYoutube (talk) 14:28, 2 February 2021 (UTC)

Thank you. I completely agree. Ti9MK97s (talk) 15:19, 2 February 2021 (UTC)

Type-Moon is full of shout-outs, references, and in-jokes. Unless we're linking all of them, why keep only the one. Banksia (talk) 22:29, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
