Cape

Newly Established Ocean City Cape (新設海洋都市ケープ?) is a city established on the first layer of SE.RA.PH's Moon Mile Ladder in the Moon Holy Grail War.

Characteristics

The Floor Master is Shinji Matou, helped by secretary Misao Amari. Previously a school building, the space is now a large city with many buildings. Regarded as a "perfect city," Shinji enacted laws so as to prevent conflict. The girl cop NPCs than police the city were organized to fit Misao's personal preferences.[1]

History

After the destruction of the Holy Grail War system, Shinji Matou, having won the first round but refusing to advance, came to administrate the floor after SE.RA.PH's management ceased. Misao Amari, having reached the third layer but retreated, returned to the first layer and became Shinji's secretary. Her management helped the functions of the city, and, after Shinji began to reside within the former school building, Misao managed the city in his place.[1]

    Newly Established Ocean City Cape
    Originally the first layer of the seven that make up SERAPH, it has been freed from SERAPH's management.
    The City is administrated by Matou Shinji under certain laws that prevent conflict from occuring.

    The city administrated by Matou Shinji, who during the final Holy Grail War won in the first round but refused to advance to the second round.
    Afterwards, a female Master who was his right-hand woman escaped from the third level, became Shinji's secretary, and Cape became an even more perfected city as a result.
    Thereafter, Shinji took up residence in the former school building that was previously used as the stage, and the management of the city outside was performed by the female Master who had become his secretary.
    The security force composed of young girls was apparently organized according to that female master's personal preference.

    新設海洋都市ケープ
    もともとはSE.RA.PHの七層を構成する第一階層だったが、SE.RA.PHの管理から解放された都市。
    間桐シンジにより、争いが起きないように一定の法律のもと都市行政によって管理されている。

    最後の聖杯戦争中、1回戦に勝利したものの2回戦にあがる事を拒否した間桐シンジによって運営されていた都市。
    後に彼の片腕となる女性マスターが３階層より逃げ延び、シンジの秘書となり、ケープはより完成した都市となった。
    以後、間桐シンジはかつての舞台であった旧校舎を住居とし、表だった都市運営は秘書となった女性マスターが行っていた。
    少女を中心にした治安部隊を組織したのはその女性マスターの趣味だとか。
