Vow to the Goddess

Vow to the Goddess (女神への誓い, Megami e no Chikai?) is a Skill that represents an oath to AndrasteWP, the Goddess of Victory in ancient BritanniaWP. It grants a plus modifier to attacks against opponents one has determined as enemies whom they must triumph over.[1]
