Infoboxes
So I have Template:ServantTop and Template:ServantBottom, displayed on User:EGGS/Sandbox. I would like the top one to contain all constant info, and then the bottom one would be repeated one to five times depending on the character for variable info. If possible, I would like the top to always be expanded and then the bottom ones fully collapsed, only showing the "Master: [Name]" portion. - Is there any means of compressing them even further? I would like User:EGGS/Sandbox to sort of look like Servant templates in the main infobox of Saber (Fate/stay night), with ServantTop fully expanded and all the ServantBottom being one line per template under it. Most characters will have two at most, but some like that one will have five or more. Also, would there being any means of making it look like one cohesive infobox, or is that not possible on an infobox-by-infobox basis without editing all of them on the Wikia.css? - Yes, that is exactly what I was looking for. Looks like a couple more small tweaks and it should be good to implement. For the second part, I would like it to stylistically look like all of the templates share the same frame, without actually needing them to be part of the same template. I didn't know if there might be a way to code it so each instance could lack the top or bottom of the infobox frame depending on its placement. It's not really a necessity, more of a stylistic thing. I thought about a multi-instance template, but those seem to get annoyingly over-complicated. If it's not something that can be done, it will be fine as it is currently. EGGS (talk)
- Sorry for the confusion. I don't know if it is something even possible within the framework of the site's code. If it's possible, I'd like to manipulate the borders of the infoboxes in such a way that they could look like they are a single infobox, basically give it the look of a single infobox without having to go to the trouble of establishing a massive 100 variable template that only three pages would even utilize.
