魔術 is the term mainly used in the study of occultism and the history of ideas (思想史).
呪術 is used in the study of anthropology and religion.
Sleight of hand or stage magic is generally called 奇術.
邪術 seems to be "sorcery" or Maleficium (sorcery)WP (that is, the English article for maleficium links to the Japanese article for 邪術, but said article explicitly equates it with the English word for "sorcery").
妖術 is most closely related to witchcraft, 妖 having connotations of being bewitching, otherworldly and harmful.

呪術 is supposedly related to 呪い when it is specifically read as まじない ("spell" or "charm") instead of のろい ("curse"). It's a fine line, maybe not that different. One could argue then that it relates to primitive folk beliefs and superstitions.
