Lancer (fate/samurai remnant) true identity

Is this really jeanne or jeanne alter or some fusion of two, what do everyone else think?

I'm thinking Chiemon summoned normal Jeanne and corrupted her after, like with Alcides.--獅子天 (talk) 15:54, 27 August 2023 (UTC)

Page Name

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't the page be called "Jeanne d'Arc Alter (Lancer)"? The material book does mention she is an 'Altered state', but I don't know if she is ever refered to as Jeanne Alter in-game or in other sources.--09:39, 22 December 2023 (UTC)

To my knowledge, she's never given the title of Alter despite being an Alter, probably to keep her differentiated from the FGO one. EGGS (talk) 16:31, 22 December 2023 (UTC)
