Changed Dead Apostle to human because Altrouge is most likely the dhampir daughter of a True Ancestor and a human because Dead Apostles lack the ability to reproduce in that way.

Couple questions. I don't know where the info came from, but the entry has always stated that she was the offspring of a True Ancestor and a Dead Apostle. As far as I know, it's not impossible for a Dead Apostle to reproduce sexually, though it does seem unlikely that a female would have difficulty with their constantly decaying bodies. Roa seems to be fully functional in Tsukihime. It stands to reason that Altrouge could easily be the daughter of a female True Ancestor and a male Dead Apostle, which would make the old entry correct. So, where did the info for the change come from? And also, what's the basis of the supposition? You do say "most likely". Twelveseal 05:14, February 18, 2010 (UTC)
I got the info from another page on this site: http://typemoon.wikia.com/wiki/True_Ancestor But it also said that there are very few female True Ancestors. Also, are you trying to bring the classic double standard about vampiric sexual reproduction? That male vampires can reproduce, while female vampires can't because female vampires are considered "more undead" than males. I thought Nasu was above that.

- Excuse me but what the hell are you talking about ? There's nothing in the True Ancestor entry that says females can't reproduce. just that female True Ancestors were rare. As for the line that talks about a child being born out of a human and a TA, that lines comes from Jonnobi (I don't know where they got it from, I can't find it in the PlusPeriod and I dunno where else to look), and it is also Jonnobi that has the line saying Altrouge is a mixed race from a TA and a DA. But that line, I actually did find it in the PlusPeriod. So if there is anything we should follow, it's that line from PlusPeriod that says she's a TA&DA mixed race.
- That said, there isn't anything that says the line in the TA article is false, either. So don't just go off and edit pages at random without being absolutely sure of what you do just because of some random guess, thank you. --Byakko 20:44, February 18, 2010 (UTC)
