Mind's Eye (Fake) (心眼 (偽), Shingan (Nise)?, localized as "False Insight"EX and "Eye of the Mind (False)"EXT) is a natural talent to foresee/sense and avoid danger on the basis of an innate 6th sense, intuition, or prescience. The accuracy of this instinct can be augmented by experience. The ability also grants an effect of offering resistance against penalties caused by visual obstructions.[1]

The difference between Mind's Eye (True) and Mind's Eye (Fake) lies in that the former is an ability that humans can obtain through accumulation of experience. The Fake version is superficially similar, but in fact represents a natural instinct that cannot be obtained regardless of effort or experience—even though experience can refine its accuracy.[2]

Rank User(s)
A Okita Souji, Shiki Ryougi (Assassin)
Sasaki Kojirou
Being able to see through the weapon and style of his opponent after crossing blades only a few times, the perception of his eyes is the best among Servants.[1]
Beni-enma
As this is exactly the same technique used by a certain other swordsman, while she feels some degree of fate at work, she never says it out loud. "The next time I meet that imitation samurai, I'll cut him down," Beni-enma thought.
B Heracles Ichor, Heracles Megalos
Heracles (Berserker)
Gained through many ordeals and adventures, he is capable of calm analysis of battle conditions, by which competent grasp of the status of the self and the opponent are obtainable even in the midst of danger; utilization of such to deduce the appropriate course of action that permits escape from a lethal predicament. Even though Heracles’ sanity was lost due to Mad Enhancement, this Skill remained effective as it is nearly an instinct.[1]
No Name
Capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and deduce an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a 1% chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning.[3]
Chloe von Einzbern
Danger avoidance by means of intuition and sixth sense.

Possessing the intuition to omit the verification process and immediately derives the most optimum course of action.[4]

B- Orion (Artemis)
Since this is originally Orion's own Skill, it is receiving a slight Rank Down. Because Orion was a hunter blessed with utmost talent, he would carefreely yawn no matter in what of predicament he was.[5]
C Billy the Kid, Okada Izou
- (Likely B) Super Orion
Since it is stated to be "Orion's own Skill" he possesses it when summoned alone, however due to receiving a "slight Rank Down" when summoned alongside Artemis his actual Rank in the skill is unknown[5]

Q: What is the difference between Eye of the Mind True and False?

Q: What is the difference between Eye of the Mind True and False?

A: "True" is the insight and perception gained through training. If a human were to have the "Eye of the Mind" skill, its true mechanism of action then is not sixth sense but accumulation of experience. As a result, it is designated as "True". "False" of course is the opposite. It is the "perception and resolution of the current situation" through the sixth sense. "False" is something that can never be achieved through training or experience. Really, the former should be "False" and the later should be "True". However, I hope you can discern my intention in this reversal.
