It is a reference to the enemy Berser-CAR featured in the Die Lorelei section of the Illya's Castle minigame featured in Fate/hollow ataraxia. In the original, Illya rode a car shaped like Berserker. Karakuri Berser-CAR is similar, with Sitonai riding a similar but different vehicle. A watermelon pattern dead Spotter lies inside Berser-CAR's mouth.
