Gakumazawa Traditional Style Martial Arts (嶽間沢流武闘術?) is a style of Japanese martial arts practiced in Fuyuki City.[1]
History
The style was developed by peasants to fight their samurai oppressors. Meant to disable a samurai's sword barehanded, it was made to block and counter an overeager sword strike, humiliating the samurai.[1]
