I've come here to ask if additional information about the real-life significance of information in Nasuverse such as the additional information I added to the Caliburn article and the entry "Ath nGabla" in the List of Magic Spells article would be welcome, or if it would be seen as being troublesome. I altered the articles above as a sort of unofficial test to see if the changes would be accepted by the general populace, or if they would be instantly deleted and an enraged outcry for my blood posted.

Sounds like an unreasonable response, but as you all may know, "Nasunerds" can be perfectly unreasonable about canon materials... myself sometimes included in that group of rabid fans, admittedly. Us Nasunerds take our passion seriously... I'd just like to get some replies to see if the response would be positive or if I should just forget the idea before I get myself run out of town and lynched (hahaha). So, leave me a message and let me know what you think! --Jaften 21:51, December 17, 2010 (UTC)

I personally see no particular problem in mentioning real-world sources of Nasuverse concepts, so long it's stated that that part of the article deals with real-world equivalent ("This seems to be based on...", for example). Hell, you can find Wikipedia links all over Heroic Spirits articles. --Azaghal 01:48, December 25, 2010 (UTC)
Hmm.. I'm a little less open to it, as the Nasu universe accepts concepts and ideas spanning, quite literally, from the dawn of literature Gilgamesh all the way to the present. To allow it would invite the expectation for links to many different sources. I mean, I'm glad we're not obliged to depict all the philosophical concepts pertaining to Acrueid's existence as despicted in Fate/Extra. --Sunset Braver, May 23, 2012
