The chapter was original serialized in two parts under the name Fate/EXTRA Gone Wild! Casko!? (Fate/EXTRA みこーん! キャス狐ちゃん!??) Tsukumihara Academy First Part (月海原学園 前編?) and Tsukumihara Academy Final Part (月海原学園 後編?).
It was presented as a romantic comedy in advertising, eventually revealing the manga's true name and tone at the end of the chapter. The two chapters were combined in the volume release.
