Cosmic Ray Burst (コズミックレイ・バースト?) is the first Noble Phantasm of ORT.
When ORT activates this ability, it raises its saucer body to be horizontal to the ground. The saucer charges a glowing golden light in its centre before, in one quick burst, spitting out dozens of light fragments into the sky above the battlefield. These fragments quickly glow a gold-green before releasing countless thunderbolt-like blasts of energy straight below them, tearing up the ground and striking ORT's enemies.
