A couple of questions:

1. In a Holy Grail War, is it possible to summon and form a contract with a Divine Spirit?

2. As I know, in the Third Holy Grail War, the Einzberns summoned Avenger and, if I remember correctly, he replaced the Berserker class. If by some means one manages to summon an extra class servant, for example, a Shielder or an Avenger in a Holy Grail War, would they replace one of the standard classes?

3. In Zero, there was a dialogue between Kotomine and Gilgamesh before Kirei received new Command Spells. I don't remember the exact essence of this dialogue, but if one servant has already been eliminated in the war, would it be possible to summon a new servant? After all, with one servant eliminated, the remaining servants would be 6, and in theory, a new servant would be the 7th.

Yes, it is possible. I mean, there is a chance you can summon someone like Heracles or smth by using the catalyst but the amount of mana you would even need IF you managed to summon one, it's a lot. Heck, even prodigy like Illya had hard time giving Heracles his mana. I mean sure, he is one of the strongest heroes and Berserker so he needs a lot of mana but still. Divine Spirit generally need a lot of mana.
Yes. Like in True and False Holy Grail War, Watcher replaced True Lancer. Though it is possible they may be not replace the servant if, for example there is 8 warriors instead of usual 7 but still.
No. From what I understand, it's not possible unless it's something in Holy Grail system that would allow it or they somehow cheat to get into it. The only way to enter is if a Servant's master died and they find a new one, I think.

Regarding the Divine Spirits, I meant gods like Quetzalcoatl or Ishtar. Will it be possible to summon them and form a contract, but require an enormous amount of mana?

You cannot summon most Divine Spirits in their true forms/appearances. They will usually either be component for other Servant or be Pseudo-Servant (Servant in someone's body), like Ishtar and Quetz you gave. And yeah, they would probably still need big amounts of mana, even with the grail supporting Masters in maintaining them for duration of the war. And also, you would specificially need their catalyst or at least have some kind of personality that will be good with the said Divine Spirit to even have chance to summon them (though catalyst is most-likely to summon one)

For a little more clarification, you *can* summon Divine Spirits but the amount of mana it would require to maintain them would basically kill any Mage on the spot, even some of the best ones. So even trying to do so is stupid on top of it being next-to-impossible to do. That's why the Pseudo-Servant method exists for FGO and why your next best option would be to acquire Servants who become Divinities/are Divinities in some versions but also have a mortal aspect to them you can use, like Heracles, Asclepius, Circe, Louhi, etc.
