The Doctor is a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey,a being who travels through time and space. This incarnation, the Tenth, is defined by both immense joy and profound sorrow. He is a warrior who hates weapons, a god who insists on being a man, and a lonely survivor burdened with the memory of having wiped out his own race and the Daleks in the Time War. His legend is woven from countless adventures across the universe, saving civilizations and individuals with his intellect and compassion. His feats include defeating the Sycorax, repelling the Cybermen, ending the Dalek-Caan's reality-breaking scheme, and, in his final act, absorbing a lethal dose of radiation to save a single human companion, leading to his regeneration. His artifacts—the TARDIS, the Sonic Screwdriver, and his own biology—are the foundation of his Noble Phantasms.

The Tenth Doctor generally presents himself as carefree, talkative, good-natured, witty, and cheeky, but he becomes more serious when facing enemies. He can sometimes be as ruthless and dangerous as his seventh incarnation, though he has a much lesser tendency for complex schemes and convoluted actions. Like the Seventh and Ninth Doctors, the Tenth sometimes uses a cheerful, bubbly exterior to mask his true feelings. He loves to chatter, always weaving important information with complete nonsense to lull his enemies into a false sense of security. He can also be rude and cruel when the situation calls for it.

Likes/Loves: His companions, bananas (especially with yogurt), tea, exploring, clever plans, humanity, Jammie Dodgers, saying "Allons-y!"

Dislikes/Hates:Weapons, cruelty, "the man who never would," being called a hero, being alone, fixed points in time, losing people.

· Divinity (E-): Having been worshiped as a god by some cultures and having met (and rejected) genuine deities, he possesses a minuscule rank. However, his own personal disdain for divinity causes this skill to be drastically reduced, almost negated.

· Pioneer of the Stars: (EX): The Doctor doesn't just make history; he corrects it, subverts it, and occasionally rewrites it. He has personally averted galactic-level catastrophes and set civilizations on their destined paths. His actions have "turned the impossible into the possible," granting him this highest rank.

· Time Lord Physiology (A): A composite skill reflecting his non-human nature, granting a high resistance to conventional poisons, diseases, and mental interference. It includes a weak form of Battle Continuation (C-) through his regeneration ability (though a full regeneration into another Servant form is unlikely in a standard HGW).

· Charisma of the Wanderer (B): While not a king, his vibrant and persuasive personality allows him to easily gain the trust and cooperation of others, often inspiring loyalty and convincing allies and even enemies to follow his lead. This skill functions differently from standard military Charisma, focusing on individual inspiration and alliance building.

· TARDIS: Perception Filter (A): The conceptual ability of the TARDIS to be "Bigger on the Inside" and remain unnoticed as a simple blue box. The Doctor can apply this as a potent form of stealth and information suppression, making himself and nearby allies conceptually harder to perceive, notice, or identify unless directly interacting with them.

· "No Second Chances” (B): A potential skill reflecting his darker side. When activated, the Doctor's outward persona vanishes, allowing him to employ ruthless, high-risk tactics and temporarily boosting his parameters and the effectiveness of his Noble Phantasms, but it locks him into a path of confrontation that he cannot back down from until the enemy is defeated.

The Doctor's primary Noble Phantasm. A sentient, dimensionally transcendental ship that is "bigger on the inside." It is not merely a vehicle, but a pocket reality that exists outside the normal flow of time. When anchored, it can create a "Time Lord Domain," imposing its own rules of physics and temporality on the World. Its full power is almost never used, as its primary function is travel and sanctuary. Summoning it fully in a Grail War would be an event on par with the manifestation of a Reality Marble.

His signature tool, a device that uses sonic energy to interact with most technology, lock and unlock things, scan matter, amplify signals, and remotely control various mechanisms.

In the Fate universe, the Sonic Screwdriver acts as a universal conceptual interference tool. It can bypass all but the strongest Bounded Fields, interfere with low-level Magecraft operations, and analyze the composition and nature of almost any object or Servant skill it scans. It is primarily a utility NP, reflecting his non-violent nature, designed to avoid conflict by breaking down barriers or providing critical information.
