In character he doesn't take the fight seriously, especially not with Enkidu beside him. Enkidu's a bigger factor here as they do in fact handle things seriously

Its not a matter of "Oh he might not be serious"

No it would be out of character for him to be even remotely serious

Without Enkidu he still wins if he takes the fight seriously

We saw what Gil did to Saber in FSN anime with a casual EA while being cocky

Yes and that's completely unnecessary here

How is it unnecessary if being cocky = holding back?

Not being cocky or actually being serious = not holding back + easier and faster victory

Fiction, Why would you bring up EA in a conversation where Gilgamesh even being around is completely unnecessary, when it's not in character or required for him to use it?

Enkidu slams them both at the same time, with or without Gilgamesh. Gil is just going to aurafarm and brag while his gay lover slaughters them.

Learn to escalate, and not jump immediately to "Well this is this character's strongest card"

Enkidu is just that powerful of a servant, and doesn't have any of the personality faults that gave Gilgamesh trouble in the routes,
