Now this is a highly good point, because while there are most definitely some phantasms he knows how to use like Ea and Enkidu as examples, he while he can fight at close range his skills at close range are not as good due to how his Gate of Babylon works, while he can fight at close range he's not the most skilled, while he could probably use Gae bolg the odds of him doing so is low. While Ea is highly powerful and easy it was the thing to finish of Tiamat that was after multiple back to back highly powerful high ranking Noble Phantasms and King Hassan the Grand Assassin giving up his title to take her down. Beasts and Grand servants are above normal servants, this is stated multiple times, Gil may be the strongest NORMAL servant but Grands and Beasts are far and above normal servants.
@GZ Infinity As I previously mentioned in my first statement, it doesn't matter which version of Gilgamesh it is. Beast Class Servants, are FAR above top tier normal class servants. Grand Archer, Super Orion, for the brief moment he was the Grand Archer he would still be considerably less powerful than King Hassan who gets no diffed by Tiamat, who is debatably, less powerful than U-Olga.
By definition to become a Grand Servant - The primary qualification is ability and anecdotes of a high standard that stand at the top of their Class. Each Class, with the exclusion of Grand Assassin, has multiple candidates, and the final decision on which Heroic Spirit is summoned is based on what needs to be overcome in that era.
This would mean, Orion was the strongest Archer Class Servant for the brief moment he was the Grand Archer, by extension making him superior to Gilgamesh. That's not to mention, Grand Servants are buffed beyond any normal servants anyways by the Counter Force. That would mean, he was stronger than CCC Gil with the Mystic Codes, and let's be realistic. Alive Gilgamesh is far weaker than Base CCC Gil.
In short, Gilgamesh is getting absolutely bodied into oblivion by U-Olga, and it's not even close.
Side note: Also, thanks for posting. It's really appreciated man.
I think Gil still has a lot to show. The Tablet of Destinies, for example, hasn’t been mentioned again, and it seems to be the most powerful Noble Phantasm in his treasury (in my opinion). It is said that Gil possesses several items that grant flawed wishes, but does he have any genuine ones? Nebuchadnezzar II mentioned that there is probably an original Grail within the treasury, but it might be referring to the Grail of Uruk, which is far from the true Holy Grail. There’s also Pandora’s Box, but then I’d be going too far talking about that. Not to mention that, in theory, he would have all the technologies that created the Alien God, since, as far as I understand, everything in Chaldea was made by human hands.
@ScrollerGrinderNol!fe Ah, no problem man, it's been a long time that I never posted a thing in this wiki. I really didn't know the Alien God was supposedly this OP.
I also like and wonder how she's Lawful Good despite being a Beast.
@GZ Infinity Same way Gilgamesh isn't Chaotic Evil.
Their methods are not morally correct, but their end goals for humanity are.
Which is why I want Gilgamesh to become a Beast servant.
Idk, Gilgamesh is a human, not a deity; but Beast of Ego or Narsicissm would sound nice
Exactly, but while he is human he is also two-thirds god and is very different from normal humans, and has his own perceptive on humanity and the gods and even the Beast class, and besides Nero was just a normal human and she became a Beast, so Beast class Gilgamesh is very possible.
ScrollerGNL This has to be the biggest load of bullshit I’ve ever read. Don’t listen to this guy, he’s a redditor, not someone involved in the Beast’s Lair forum whatsoever
