Archer (EMIYA) White hair and tan skin

Why would the use of projection magecraft turn archers hair white and skin tanned. i mean its magecraft at the end of the day.Is there something different about his tracing that causes the effects

When he use magic, Emiya create his own magical circuit before tracing. It is very dangerous because it can destroy the body and even kill himself if something miss. He do it all the time, which exposed his body internally to a great amount of mana. This mana destroyed his hair pigmentation, making them white, and burn his cells, tanning him. Du to this, his alter version is even more darker, because he used it even more usually. 
At a certaine point, it must be abusing this that tanned him. Not just doig it sometimes.

Hair color change seems to be just a sign of magicraft overuse and isn't specifically tied to EMIYA creating his own magic circuit (and seeing as Shirou learns not to do that in just about every route of FSN, assuming that any incarnation of EMIYA does is silly.) Several other magi, such as the Aozakis right off the top of my head but even Sakura having purple hair, have altered physical features due to exposure and overuse of magicraft, but yeah EMIYA is the only one who has abused his magicraft so much that it darkerned his skin. Going by what we see of a younger Nameless (EMIYA's EXTRA-verse counterpart), his hair turned white first then his skin darkened btw.

From what I've seen his hair turns white from over use of mana in general while his skin turns darker when using a large amount of at once such as a UBW or Rho Aias over time. To continue on the second point it could also be because he's over exerting his body to use such abilities within a short time range. To say it in a different way his hair turned white from the light strain of overusing projection and such while the dark skin is from him over using UBW or maybe Rho Aias placing a much larger strain over perhaps a shorter time range. Or it could be the complete opposite and the bigger spells turned his hair white quickly while the smaller projection spells darkened his skin over time.

İt is probably not about creating magic circuit 'cause there are some other servants that got the same white hair and tan skin due to oveuse of magecraft

Honestly I just feel that it has to be something to do with linking with Alaya (The World) for mana and power.

Before you completely bash my idea and although it may start to sound far-fetched but the reason why I think so is because he is not the only one who hair colour and skin colour has changed.

An alternative version of Kiritsugu Emiya also has white hair and tanned skin and is also a counter guardian. Moreover, Okita Souji alter (counter guardian) also has tanned skin (I am not going to include her white hair because the original one already seems to have the same hair colour)

So maybe is because of being a counter guardian??? But of this is correct I am not very sure how to explain why some counter guardians like Asagami Fujino does not habe white hair.

Being a counterguardian can be a catalyst yeah but it doesn't seem to be the main cause. One way to see it is that becoming a counterguardian allows you to have more mana and use more mana at once than your body is used to. This fits with counter guardians and the oath under snow shirou. Though for that shirou's case it wasn't that he was using a ton of mana but rather that he was using mana at all really without a heroic spirit card to channel the mana through.

From what I understand, it wasn't [Projection] what caused Shirou's pigmentation change in his hair nor skin. Instead, it was [Reinforcement], one of his three basic magecrafts, which enhances all the aspect of an object. Because he was constantly in a warzone, he had to abuse of this power so he could survive and save others.

I'm not very sure of the process myself, but as you can see in the case of Shirou from the Miyuverse, he didn't necessarily know about the projection magecraft, only reinforcement. And to keep up with the attacks of Angelica with the powers of Gilgamesh, he had to abuse in a great extent of his [Reinforcement] on his own body. This version of Shirou can be considered the one who had reached an advance level on this magecraft during an early age in comparison with the other versions.
