Who is the single most powerful being fate verse?

Servants,Heroic spirits,Gods,Counter Guardians etc Just want to know Who is True Almighty(All powerful) in Fate verse.

Technically, Akasha. For the moment. Alaya and gaia both behind. 
Allmighty God (Jehovah, Allah, etc) are but one god in nasu, but we don't know where he is in term of pure power. However, it's suggested that he si quite amongst the most powerful gods. 
Zefar need a lot of gods to defeat him, so he is quite good placed too.

However, even them have their limits, there is no True Almighty One for the moment (for exemple, Akasha can be manipulated)

Allah/Jehovah/God exist, they are the same "god". You can see it with Jesus, Moise, Arash and Solomon, that have Noble Phantasm granted by "that god" himself. However, if he is a powerful god (Moise VS Ramses is kinda Him VS egyptian gods), he is not all-powerful in the fate verse, because his mystery is lower than most gods (in other words, he is quite recent among humanity, and gods are conceived by Humanity). Powers granted to Him (all-powerful, omniscient, etc) are kinda traditionnal power of gods in all myth after all. There is some theory taht make him kinda Alaya, because of all stuff about Jesus and the servants, but we lacks info. He is kinda like a big boss among the gods with Amaterasu, Zeus, etc, probably (after all, his image is inspired by Zeus, mythologically speaking)

Technically void shiki could be considered the most powerful as she can 'kill' anything with the mystic eyes of death perception, but she is limited by the capabilities of shiki ryougis body so she could possibly kill anything she can see but if it is beyond a certain threshold it would result in her own death, maybe.

And Shiki can"t exactly "kill anything". As proofed by Melty Blood, she is unable to kill some things too great above herself (gods notably), as seen when she face Arc in Melty Blood and doens't see her lines. 
Also, she depend of Akasha, however we know from a certain time that Akasha herself was made by primeval goddesses of life and earth (like Gaia herself in fact), placing her behind all of it.

Akasha is a thing, a record that encompasses the entire universe as well as all of time, it's not a being with an identity or a will.

That's right, it's "Void" himself (it's why she is surnamed Void Shiki).

Notably about Balor, Bodhisattva and Earth Mother Godesses. The first entity hold greatest power than Shiki from his mystic eyes, and the second and third are above Akasha. (Bodhisatva is kinda more or less implied during extra, the second is admitted as they are Akasha's creator). 
In factn the only concious that are in the record and act as a "conscious" is Alaya.

Akasha or "the Root" is not an entity though, its more like a place or phenomenon. It does not have any will to exert anything on anyone, it simply just exist. It is the embodiment of all of existence, everything that ever was or ever will be. Some argue that there is only one Root and it encompasses all universes, timelines, and even higher dimensions but I have not seen any official confirmations of that.

The only official power level rating we have lists Type-Mercury on top, I believe, and a full powered Arcueid as 2nd, and Void Shiki as 3rd. Void Shiki is connected to the Root but we can assume that her ability to manipulate it is limited; since Arcueid only has the power of the Planet Earth, sufficient manipulation of the Root should be able to erase the Earth's existence.

It is possible to kill anything with sufficient manipulation of the Root, the unabiltiy of the MEoDP to kill some things is a limit of the person and not the Root itself. The nature of Balor's eyes are unclear, we do not know if it manipulates the Root like the MEoDP does.

No, Bodhisattva and Earth Goddesses are not above Akasha, they are only entities of the Earth and the Root goes far beyond the Earth. I played Extra and I do not recall any such claims but even if it was there, it is unclear how reliable such claims are, as it could just be one man's myth and legend, unlike the Root whose nature and existence is recognized by all mages or the Ultimate Ones whose existence and powers are absolutely shown to exist.

The Extra universe itself is highly iffy, honestly, and it is unknown how much of it even applies to the rest of the Nasuverse.

Akasha is the Universe itself and it is Omnipotent in its own Universe. Effortlessly triumphant against other cosmological entities or servants who lives in its universe. It's more powerful than any Archetypes and It's the source of Void Shiki's powers.

But if the concept of Nasuverse is like Marvelverse, which an Omniverse that consists infinite number of Multiverse exists, then Akasha might be omnipotent in just one-dimensional scale.

And If its so, then I would bet my pride on The Primordial Goddess or Ashtart Origin as the most powerful being in Nasuverse. Her power would be on par with Akasha, IF her Origin Universe might had come from outside The Universe of the Root, thus, making her omnipotent in her own right, She might rival Akasha in terms of power. She's the oldest, and the original universe before the update happened, it was completely replaced by new ones—Servant verse which is in Nasuverse a.k.a The universe of Akasha.
