fate zero is not a Prequel.

私は以前にこれを説明しました

even the title is {fake}, a form of future, which cannot be accomplished is {Fake}. To writer Narita Ryougo, it is just his own parallel world, created merely by his imaginations. As an example, the relationship between elkindu and gilgamesh: in both {fate/stay night} and {Fake}, their conclusion is the same, but the process has been slightly changed. Concerning the differences between all of {fate series stories}, F/Zero is {same kind of set-up/setting as {F/stay night}, but slightly off in a sense}. F/Apocrypa is {Same until it reaches a turning point then suddenly changes into a very different setting}. Lord el meloi ii case file is {Same world, but Sanda Makoto's spice caused changed in the setting and focused mostly on magic related stories} Finally {Strange Fake} is same setting, and same ending but, somehow turns out to be a different universe. - Fate/strange fake 1st release review

Spinoff series has a slightly off settings and changes in their own universes from {Fate stay night}, so they have relatively high amount of freedom in the form of writing in each stories, but {Lord elmeloi ii case files} has the same universe as Fate/stay night, so Sanda is trying his best to not contradict the story line between the two. - from a part in type moon ace vol.10 Narita Ryougo Interview

You're taking it far too literally. When Nasu calls something a "slightly shifted world parallel world", it's his way of saying "don't think about the inconsistencies too hard." Saying it's a prequel is correct and saying it's slightly different is correct. One doesn't make the other wrong.

Mind if I barge in?

I read the interview with Narita Ryouji included in TYPE-MOON ACE VOL.10 and yes, it does say that the El-Melloi Case Files are the only spinoff series that is in the exact same continuity with the original F/SN storyline.

So I decided to skim through all the El-Melloi books again to see if there's any proof of that. And I found a part that may prove it. In vol.2 , it is mentioned that Kayneth's death in the 4th Grail War was inevitable due to the fact that MULTIPLE magus killers were hired in the war.

This contradicts with the story in Fate/ Zero since there was only one magus killer(Kiritsugu) that participaed in the war.

So basically, this does prove that the Fate/ Zero story is in fact a 'Alternate Prequel' in which some parts of the story is diffrent from the 4th Grail War from the original F/SN continuity.

Yeah, Most of Japanese Typemoon core fandom already knew that the F/Z is not a prequel, but a spinoff. EGGS, you're too stubborn to accept official informations.
